Responsibilities
• Implementation, Investigate and support Microsoft Product Services.
• Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft Product Services
• Strong, hands-on experience with one of the following services such as Microsoft Infrastructure, AD DNS DHCP, CA (PKI), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure, Desktop Management, Mobile Devices Management
• Managed User AD, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS)
• Managed Certificate Server, Exchange server and hybrid environment.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while monitoring and maintaining environment stability.
• Configuration, performance monitoring, maintenance, and security management relating to Microsoft Identity.
• Application and Enrollment mobile device management and support users.
• Patch Management, Application and Operating System Deployment
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system.
• Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of systems engineering experience in Microsoft Infrastructure, AD CA, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SQL, Desktop Management, Mobile Devices Management.
• Experience working with End users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal, organization and customer services skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationship with various stakeholders.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
• Passionate of Technology, Security, Microsoft Product.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Team Player, self-starter and high energetic.
• Hold and IT certification i.e., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA would be advantage
