• Implementation Microsoft technologies, including
• Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Services
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Power Platform
• MS Infrastructure Solution: Windows Server and Active Directory services
• Microsoft Exchange server
• Microsoft SQL server
• Managed Services Engineer to Operation and Onsite Support at customer site.
• Participate in the delivery of projects and solutions to completion while demonstrating a consultative personality, leadership mindset, and collaborative communication style.
• Show an understanding of Information Security best practices.
• Demonstrate excellent team and customer service skills.
• Possess a strong background in design and engineering of industry standard (best-of-breed) core infrastructure technologies.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and team oriented.

• Support business development activity in a pre-sales and solution design scenarios Excellent.
• Provide quality, appropriate technology advice to Kaopanwa’s Customer.

Support Services
• Support services on key Microsoft technologies.
• Support of IT technicians to provide second level support.
• On Site or On Remote Supported.

Provide Leadership and improve services & capability
• Improve Kaopanwa’s processes, procedures and work-practices
• Support the identification and implementation of new Kaopanwa’s services that can benefit the sector
• Improve Kaopanwa to MS Gold Certified Partner
