• Responsible for supporting pre-sale work such as solution approach and system design.
• Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and presentation documents, writing technical requirements, making comply spec or TOR, RFP and POC.
• Giving advice and presenting IT products or IT Solutions, presenting the company's products and services.
• Design appropriate systems and equipment according to customer needs.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the company solutions and provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to assist in moving opportunities from early-stage qualification to closure.
• Be the key product subject matter expert to determine how the product can be integrated into the client's overall technology solution.
• Responsible for performing necessary research of third-party technologies, tools, and applications that are introduced during the pre-sales process.
• Achieve and maintain relevant certifications and necessary credentials.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pre-sale, technical sales, or consulting role in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with security, compliance, migration, deployment and Integration.
• Strong knowledge of the products or services and their applications in various industries and scenarios.
• Ability to work intendent without supervision and as part of a team.
• Professionalism and willingness to constantly learn and share knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure, flexible and can adjust quickly to new situation.
• Good written & spoken in English.
• Certifications or training in relevant technologies or platforms are a plus.
