• Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit
• Work closely with team to present solutions to customers that align with company direction
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts – prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities by finding more potential customers
• Visiting existing clients to present the product and finding new clients to increase sales target
• Prepare and update sales forecast, sales performance, budget and target, sales program and activities regularly or upon request
• Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company’s products and services better
• Coordinate with concerned parties or IT Team about customers' requirement to ensure that their satisfaction is fulfilled
• Demonstrate excellent team and customer service skills
• Directs or coordinates supporting sales activities
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in selling (IT Business is preferred)
• At least 5 - 8 years of experience in selling (IT Business is preferred) – Senior Sales
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Computer, Marketing or related fields
• Excellent in selling and services sales
• Highly driven self-motivated, and target oriented
• Positive attitude and an excellent team player
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills
